(圖/ Unsplash) 立法院日前三讀通過《軍人待遇條例》修正案，針對志願役官兵新增每月3萬元加給，總統府26日正式發布總統令，公告修正條文，代表行政院確定不再提起覆議，該項加薪措施將自2026年1月1日起正式施行。 求才令 根據修正內容，凡自願投入軍旅之國軍官兵，將自明年起獲得固定加給3萬元，旨在提升國軍招募誘因，穩定人力結構。面對日益嚴峻的臺海安全情勢，修法同時新增「戰鬥部隊加給」條文，針對負擔較重之戰鬥部隊與戰鬥支援部隊人員提供額外待遇，藉此強化基層官兵投入高風險任務的意願。 行政院曾於立法院三讀通過後表達對條文憲政疑慮，表示將就法制層面研議可能救濟措施。然而，總統府26日正式公告修法條文，意味行政部門已放棄提出覆議，修法程序至此正式完成。 (圖/ Unsplash)...
