(圖/ 臺南市政府都市發展局) 臺南市佳里區地方爭取多年的第三聯合活動中心新建工程再傳進展，都市計畫變更案已獲內政部核定，並由市府於5月8日正式發布實施。該基地將正式納入公設用地，未來可望大幅提升佳里中心區域的社區公共服務能量。 臺南市私立胖嘟嘟托嬰中心 市府都市發展局表示，此案基地面積約0.1公頃，位於佳里市街核心的光復路上，距忠孝路僅約30公尺，交通條件便利。原址為閒置公有土地，長年未能有效利用，經市府整合各界意見並取得農田水利署同意後，完成土地撥用程序，進而推動都市計畫變更。 佳里區共劃分16里，其中六安、安西、東寧、文新、忠仁、建南、鎮山與南勢等8個里，人口占比接近七成，為本區人口密度最高之中心區。然而，目前該區僅有一座活動中心提供社區使用，第二座聯合活動中心則仍在興建中，社區活動空間明顯不足。 (圖/ 臺南市政府都市發展局)...
