(圖/ 高雄市政府) 內政部公布114年度公寓大廈管理組織報備及相關業務督導考核結果，高雄市以滿分特優成績再度榮獲全國第一。工務局長楊欽富28日指出，高雄市已連續八年獲得特優評比，並連續兩年蟬聯第一，展現市府在公寓大廈管理上的卓越成果。市府將持續透過法令宣導、免費輔導、法律諮詢與標章認證等措施，協助社區落實自主管理，提升居住品質，並推動大樓社區多項創新服務。 楊欽富表示，今年的考核內容涵蓋免付費電話與現場律師諮詢共850件、公寓大廈認證標章63案、舉辦7場座談會，以及成立公寓大廈爭議事件調處委員會並召開6場會議，共計30件糾紛調處，所有服務均為免費提供。此外，市府也補助大樓共用部分、外牆及防火門修繕，整體管理組織報備率表現更優於其他縣市，因而再度獲評特優並奪得全國第一。 (圖/ 高雄市政府)...
