(圖/ 臺南市政府地政局) 臺南市永康地政事務所9月20日首度將「地政行動服務列車」開進南紡購物中心廣場，結合市政府財政稅務局新化分局舉辦「幸福稅月」租稅宣導，現場以寓教於樂方式推廣「地政防詐三寶」，吸引大批民眾參與，並提升市民識詐防護力。 活動中，永康地政以生動的互動問答搭配宣導小物與文宣品，將艱澀法規轉化為淺顯易懂的生活知識。許多民眾帶著家人駐足參與，紛紛表示不僅學到最新防詐觀念，也更深入認識地政業務，收穫良多。 市長黃偉哲指出，打造安全宜居城市是市府的重要目標。隨著詐騙手法日益猖獗，市府已整合資源成立「打詐臺南隊」，以「識詐、堵詐、防詐、阻詐、懲詐」五大策略為核心。尤其不動產因高價值特性，常成為詐騙集團覬覦的目標，地政機關在防堵詐騙上更是關鍵角色，他高度肯定永康地政將防詐觀念帶入公共場域的積極作為。 (圖/ 臺南市政府地政局)...
