    高雄市政府積極推動社會住宅政策,迄今成果亮眼。截至2025年6月,全市社宅規劃戶數已達29,826戶,距離與中央訂下的「3.5萬戶社宅興建目標」進度已達85%,展現市府實踐居住正義的決心。

    都市發展局長吳文彥指出,目前最具代表性的案場為「亞灣智慧公宅二期」,透過公辦都更方式推動,結合民間資源投入112億元,預計新增658戶社宅,與一期634戶合計共1,292戶。該案導入5G AIoT應用、智慧健身、健康中心及兒童圖書空間等機能,並取得綠建築、智慧建築及低碳建築標章,打造智慧、永續、宜居的城市典範。

    除亞灣地區外,高雄市也在大寮、岡山、三民與左營等地多點布局社會住宅,包括預定於2026年完工的大鵬九村社宅(634戶)及大寮社宅一期(384戶),另有三民新都與左營大中公辦都更案,合計新增201戶,預計2029至2032年間完工。

    市府並與國家住宅及都市更新中心(住都中心)合作,於左營區推動崇實安居社宅(859戶),目前已開放申請至2025年7月8日。都發局表示,該案採線上申請並設立實體諮詢櫃檯,申請件數已突破千件,顯示社宅需求殷切,預期年底前仍有4處新案完工,進一步擴大租屋保障。

    市府強調,社會住宅政策不僅著眼於數量成長,也重視生活品質與智慧環境打造,未來將持續與中央協力推進各項興辦與補助方案,實現高雄公平、可負擔、有品質的居住願景。

    黃仁勳指出,高雄已建構出數十萬棟建築、上百萬公里道路的數位孿生模型,並與Linker Vision合作導入AI模擬系統,提升災害應變效率與城市韌性。他在簡報與影片中展現高雄實際應用案例,說明該市如何以AI影像語言模型強化治理機制。

    對此,高雄市長陳其邁表示,市府自113年起即積極規劃成為數位孿生城市,並推動「智慧高雄燈塔計畫」,目前已成為全球最大戶外應用的影像語言模型(VLM)實驗場域。該計畫結合NVIDIA、Linker Vision與中華電信資源,透過本地影像資料進行模型訓練,強化主權AI能力,提升城市治理效能。
