行政院長卓榮泰視察南投外轆排水治理工程　要求提前至118年4月完工強化貓羅溪防洪安全
(圖/ 行政院) 南投外轆排水治理工程持續推進，行政院長卓榮泰13日前往南投縣視察工程辦理情形，要求水利單位加速施工進度，目標提前至118年4月前完工，以降低貓羅溪周邊長期淹水風險，強化居民生命財產安全保障。卓榮泰指出，外轆排水系統長期受地勢與貓羅溪水位影響，逢豪雨或颱風期間容易造成積淹水問題。以113年凱米颱風為例，南投市新里及營南里一帶曾出現約8.6公頃淹水情形，因此中央於災後迅速核定12.3億元經費，支持南投縣政府推動整體治理工程。 (圖/ 行政院) 本次治水工程採系統性改善設計，包括新設閘門、分洪箱涵、滯洪池與抽水站等設施，預期完工後可減少約19公頃淹水面積，並提升整體排洪效率。依現行規劃，工程已於115年3月進入設計階段，預計於今年12月完成發包、118年5月完工。不過考量汛期風險提前來臨，卓榮泰要求相關單位提前於118年4月完成，以確保防洪效能及民眾安全。 (圖/...

臺南農漁特產結合運動外交再登日本伊豆稻取KINME馬拉松　深化臺日農業與觀光交流
