(圖/ 本報記者翻攝) 法務部調查局今（10）日指出，國人黃姓男子遭中共吸收發展在臺組織，涉嫌違反《國家安全法》等罪，經臺灣高等檢察署及臺灣臺北地方檢察署指揮偵辦後，目前已有5人遭起訴。調查局強調，將持續主動掌握危害國安情資，全力防制中共對臺滲透。 繕僾生物科技有限公司 調查指出，黃男因赴中經商，遭中共情工人員吸收後，回臺積極發展組織，並吸收邱姓共犯。兩人疑似接受中共金錢資助，向吳姓、何姓國人刺探政府與政黨機敏資料，再回報中方。調查局國家安全維護工作站自113年接獲線報後展開蒐證，於114年2月19日發動三波搜索行動，隨後將黃、邱、吳、何4人聲押獲准，目前全數羈押禁見中。 (圖/ google map) 本案由臺灣高等檢察署起訴黃男1人，臺北地檢署則起訴其餘4人。檢調認為，黃男等人行徑明顯危及我國國家安全與社會穩定，依法偵辦以正視聽。...
