Originally from Venice, I came to Taiwan to follow my heart — and brought with me the authentic flavours of Italy. Since 2020, Parsley has been dedicated to crafting handmade Italian desserts like tiramisu, Basque cheesecake, and chocolate salami, using time-honoured recipes and the finest ingredients. Based in Tainan, we blend Italian passion with local warmth to create sweets that tell a story — honest, beautiful, and full of soul.
